Touchline26 acts as an authorized subcontractor of FIFA for the sale of tickets to the FIFA World Cup 2026™. We have been engaged by FIFA to sell tickets on behalf of the official organizer. Touchline26 is a separate legal entity and is not FIFA itself, nor are we the official primary ticketing platform operated directly by FIFA.

All tickets sold through Touchline26 are sourced from and authorized by FIFA under our subcontracting agreement. Your purchase through us is a valid transaction recognized by FIFA, subject to FIFA's official ticketing terms and conditions as well as our own supplemental terms of sale. Use of names and trademarks

All team names, player names, tournament names, event titles, logos, stadium names, and related marks are the property of FIFA or their respective owners. We use these marks with permission under our subcontractor agreement, solely to identify events and tickets. No separate affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement beyond our contractual relationship with FIFA is implied.

Pricing

Ticket prices displayed on Touchline26 are determined in coordination with FIFA and reflect the official price categories, including any service or handling fees permitted under our subcontract. Prices may differ from face value printed on the ticket only where authorized by FIFA. We do not engage in dynamic pricing or unapproved secondary market markups. Any applicable taxes, fees, or delivery charges will be clearly shown before purchase.

Availability and fulfillment

Ticket availability is based on the inventory allocated to us by FIFA. Listings are accurate at the time of display, but availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed and payment is completed. Delivery formats (e.g., mobile ticketing, print-at-home, physical passes) and estimated delivery windows are specified at checkout and will follow FIFA's official delivery schedule. Our fulfillment obligations are governed by our Terms of Service and FIFA's ticketing policies.

Entry, validity, and restrictions

All tickets sold through Touchline26 are valid for entry to the designated match or event, provided they are used in accordance with FIFA's terms. However, entry is always subject to FIFA's admission rules, stadium regulations, and any identity or security checks required by the organizer. In rare cases, tickets may be subject to verification, cancellation, or refusal if FIFA determines they were obtained or used in violation of its policies (for example, through prohibited resale outside authorized channels). We will assist you with any legitimate ticket issues arising from our sale, but final admission decisions rest solely with FIFA and the venue operator.

Our role as a subcontractor

Touchline26 is authorized by FIFA to sell tickets, but we do not operate the matches, control stadium access, or set the core event terms. Where our terms differ from FIFA's official ticketing terms, FIFA's terms will control matters of event admission, ticket validity, and refunds for event cancellation or rescheduling. Consumer rights

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this disclaimer. In addition, where required by law or FIFA's policies, you may be entitled to refunds or replacements for cancelled, rescheduled, or materially altered matches.
